Free car delivery to Malaga and the Costa del Sol

Dear Customers, only we offer delivery to many locations across the Costa del Sol. Malaga U Drive is the only rental company that provides car delivery to the airport, bus station, train station, hotel, or apartment. This applies, however, to smaller towns such as Torremolinos or Benalmadena. In Malaga, we deliver cars exclusively to the Novotel hotel. For more information about where and under what conditions we deliver cars, please refer to our “drop-down list” when making a reservation.

We offer free car delivery to Malaga Airport for rentals of a minimum of three days.

Free car delivery is available for rentals of at least 3 days to locations such as Malaga (near the Novotel hotel), Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, and Mijas.

For shorter reservations, please contact our Customer Service Office to confirm the delivery cost.

If you are interested in having a car delivered to other locations, please contact us as well.

AGP Malaga Airport

Delivery and collection of the car at Malaga Airport are free during office hours from 8:00 to 22:00. For nighttime hours from 22:00 to 8:00, an additional fee of 30 EUR applies.

After completing the reservation and selecting Malaga Airport as the location, the customer receives a confirmation along with detailed instructions on how to find us at the airport. Please print the instructions or keep them on your phone.

Maria Zambrano bus and train station

Delivery and collection of the car at the Maria Zambrano bus and train station in Malaga are free during office hours from 8:00 to 22:00. For nighttime hours from 22:00 to 8:00, an additional fee of 30 EUR applies.

After completing the reservation and selecting Maria Zambrano Station in Malaga as the location, the customer receives a confirmation stating that the meeting point with our staff and the car pickup location is the main entrance/exit of the station.

Hotels

Malaga U Drive delivers cars to hotels up to 100 kilometers from Malaga. We deliver and collect vehicles in many holiday destinations such as Estepona, Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga, Torrox, Nerja, Almuñécar, and Salobreña. However, this does not mean we can deliver the car directly to your address, as we avoid entering city centers where traffic restrictions or access limitations often apply. We recommend booking an apartment or staying at a hotel located away from the city center if you plan to rent a car.

If your town does not appear in the “pickup list” in our reservation system, please contact us to confirm whether delivery is possible.

Attention. Malaga U Drive is not responsible for parking arrangements. Our staff know the Costa del Sol area well and may sometimes offer advice regarding free parking options; however, this does not exempt the customer from the obligation to secure parking for the entire rental period.

Apartments

For customers spending their holiday in private accommodations, houses, or apartments, Malaga U Drive also offers car delivery and collection. However, we do not deliver vehicles to city centers, such as Malaga, and we do not recommend renting apartments in central areas if you plan to hire a car—parking and driving difficulties are guaranteed. If you are unsure whether a car can be delivered to your location, please contact us. We will check if delivery directly to your apartment is possible.

We do not deliver cars to apartments in the center of Malaga due to the lack of stopping areas, significant traffic difficulties, and the absence of parking spaces.

Free delivery to Malaga Airport

AGP Malaga Costa del Sol International Airport

If you have chosen to rent a car at Malaga Airport, please follow the instructions below.

After collecting your luggage and leaving the baggage hall, please follow the signs toward the exit. After passing through the sliding glass doors, continue straight, walk past the metal barriers, and immediately turn left to take the elevator to the top floor—Departures. Once you exit the elevator, please leave the building and contact us by phone.

The pickup instructions and reservation confirmation should be printed or saved on your phone.

Our Customer Service Office will not be able to assist you by phone regarding the car pickup instructions.

You will be picked up from the airport by one of our staff members. We will also provide free transport to the departure terminal at no additional cost.

Free delivery to Malaga bus and train station

Malaga Maria Zambrano bus and train station

If you are arriving in Malaga by train or bus and plan to continue exploring Andalusia from here, picking up your car directly at the Maria Zambrano station may be a convenient option.

When making a reservation, please select this location and provide the exact date and time of your arrival. If only the delivery of the car is to take place at the station, while the return is at Malaga Airport, the service will be free, provided that the minimum rental period is three days.

Upon arriving at the Malaga Maria Zambrano train/bus station, please proceed to the main entrance/exit. Our staff member will be waiting for you just past the taxi stand, on the far right lane designated for temporary parking.
